Ticket

Is access to all stages included in my ticket?

The exhibition ticket includes access to the Masterclasses stages only.

Both the exhibition and conference ticket and the VIP ticket include access to all stages.

Does my ticket include food and drink?

Yes, your ticket includes all food and beverages at the event.

Do I have to print out my ticket or is the digital ticket sufficient for on-site registration?

No need to print your ticket, just have your digital ticket ready in the Construction Summit & PropTech app for onsite registration.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, send an email to info@proptechsumm.it with the name, position, company address and email address of the person who should receive the ticket.

Can I split a two-day ticket between two people?

No, a two-day ticket is valid for one person on both days and cannot be split.

What can I do if I have a ticket but cannot attend the PropTech Summit?

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Send an email to info@proptechsumm.it with the name, position, company address and email address of the person who should receive the ticket.

Location & Travel

Where can I find the hotel recommendations?

You can find the hotel recommendations on our website under venue.

Is there a checkroom and can I leave my luggage there?

Yes, there is a checkroom and the possibility to leave your jacket and luggage (suitcase, travel bag, etc.) there free of charge.

Is there parking near the event?

Yes, there is parking for our attendees and exhibitors. The parking lots are limited,
therefore it is recommended to arrive by shuttle service

Event

Will there be an evening program?

After the stage program on 10.04. the PropTech Summit AFTERSHOW LOUNGE including food, drinks, cocktail bar, DJ and beer pong tournament will start.

Is there an event app?

Yes, there is the Construction Summit & PropTech app that is available to all attendees.

To log in, you will need the ticket ID located on your PropTech Summit ticket.

What time is the admission?

On 10.04. doors open at 8:30.
On 11.04. doors open at 9:00

Where can I find the floor plan?

You can find the floor plan in the Proptech Summit App and on the website under location.

Are the lectures in German or English?

The program of the PropTech Summit is mainly in German. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Do I have to register for the masterclasses?

No, you do not have to register for the Masterclasses.

Is there wifi on site?

Yes, there is free wifi on site for all participants.

Exhibitor

When can exhibitors enter the location?

All information will be sent by mail to our contact persons of the exhibitors. If you have any questions that are not listed in the exhibitor information, please contact Marcel at marcel.winkler@constructionsummit.de.

When is the set-up and dismantling time?

Is there a live stream?

No. The PropTech Summit is an attendance-only event.

Where can I find the event photos?

You can find a selection of event photos in our download section afterwards.
If you need a specific photo, please email us at: info@proptechsumm.it.

Where can I find the photos of the photo wall?

You can find the photos of the photo wall after the event in the download section of the PropTech Summit website.

Will the presentations of the lectures be uploaded?

Yes, the majority of the presentations and talks will be uploaded to our website afterwards and will be available for download.

Will the event presentations be recorded and how can I access them?

Yes, the majority of the presentations will be recorded and published on our YouTube channel afterwards.

How can I contact other participants before and at the PropTech Summit?

You can chat with all participants of the event via the Construction Summit & PropTech app.

Where is the best place to set up my meetings at the PropTech Summit?

In the Construction Summit & PropTech app, there is an opportunity to book a table for a Meeting in the PropTech Summit Meeting Area.
