Sebastian Schulz

Sebastian Schulz is one of the pioneers of the initialization of IPA projects in Germany. He set up the first IPA pilot project "iPAK5" as project manager and PMT member and successfully completed it in 2022. Since 2021, he has been supporting the "Drei Schulen Bremerhaven" project as an Alliance Coach and Lean Expert. In order to put his entire focus on IPA projects, Sebastian Schulz switched to Lumico GmbH and has since been working as an IPA and alliance coach and manager for IPA multi-party contracts, lean expert and change coach. In the course of practical project work with IPA multi-party contracts, he and Dr. Nina Rodde have already been able to define and establish many standards and terminology together. Sebastian Schulz is also active in the expert group work of the IPA Center.
