Jens Blankenburg

Jens Blankenburg moved from the facility service provider side to the client side in facility management at Vodafone Germany in 2006. In 2009, he took over the management of the entire division. The real estate portfolio to be managed currently comprises around 40 office locations throughout Germany, the branch chain with currently 140 stores, the data center and the Hirschburg training and seminar center. The total area to be managed amounts to approx. 240 Tqm. The vehicle fleet with almost 3,000 vehicles and the operation of the company restaurants are also part of the area of responsibility. The focus of the organization's activities is on the service management of the facility service partner. All operational activities have been successively outsourced to a strategic partner. Service management focuses on the continuous and consistent further development of operator concepts and management models as well as the efficient use, adaptation and optimization of existing areas and resources.
