Stefan Schwan

Stefan Schwan is a member of the management team of ENGIE Deutschland GmbH. He reports directly to the CEO of ENGIE Deutschland and is responsible for the dovetailing of the energy and service areas in the management team as division manager Energy & Facility Solutions. He leads a decentralized team with presence throughout Germany and forms the interface to the international units of the ENGIE Group. Under his leadership is also the agile sales unit of the business unit which develops solutions for the transition to climate neutrality with bundled competencies. His team supports industrial customers, municipalities and the real estate industry in implementing their sustainability goals with the optimization of consumption as well as the execution and operation of highly efficient building and energy systems. Before joining ENGIE in 2003, Stefan Schwan was already responsible for the development of innovative contracting and building management solutions as Managing Director of LGM Energie.
