Luisa Haxel

250+ agents, 9 locations, 1.000+ of successful transactions and nearly 4 years after founding the PropTech-StartUp Luisa, the COO & Co-Founder, and her team at Evernest is working on the mission to develop an advanced agent-first platform that attracts top-performing agents in the premium real estate brokerage segment. Luisa is a native of Düsseldorf, Germany, where she grew up. During her studies in Business Administration in Boston, Munich, and Leipzig, she cultivated numerous international connections. Following her academic journey, she worked as a management consultant before assuming the role of Head of Digital Strategy at Engel & Völkers, where she spearheaded the development of digital strategies. In November 2019, she co-founded Evernest with Christian Evers and took on the position of COO, overseeing all matters related to Operations, Finance, and Human Resources. Today, Luisa resides in Hamburg, and when she's not working, she enjoys her leisure time by staying active, often with her canine companion, Pepper.
