Dr. Philipp Hoff is a board member of Basalt-Actien-Gesellschaft (BAG), with regional responsibility and the role of Chief Digital Officer (CDO). He studied at HHL Leipzig, UVIC Victoria (Canada), and HSG St. Gallen (Switzerland). He then spent over 10 years at Roland Berger in the construction supply sector, most recently as Principal/Associate Partner, before becoming a member of the extended board of the Prym Group. In his free time, Philipp enjoys spending time with his three daughters, engaging in art, crafts, and building projects, as well as winter and water sports.
