Project developer "from the ground up", he started 30 years ago at his parents property development company WOBAU Happ in Kiel. At Vivico Real Estate Happ achieved urban planning and building law for the Europaviertel in Frankfurt. At INTERBODEN I. L., he implemented the strategic focus on institutional investors. From 2008-2012 Happ worked independently in project development for institutional investors. For BUWOG Happ completed the property developer market entry in Germany. From 2012 as managing director of BUWOG Bauträger , 2015 IPO of BUWOG AG, in subsequently expansion of the (German) organization to a pipeline of €4 billion, 2,800 WE under construction and approx. 100 employees at the end of 2019. Takeover by VONOVIA SE at the beginning of 2018 and integration into the Group as Development Germany. End of 2019 foundation of assiduus³ together with Robert-Christian Gierth. Core is the development of office and mixed-use properties up to new urban quarters based on holistic ESG sustainability criteria. Our goal is to make positive contributions to the transformation into a socially as well as ecologically ecologically sustainable society - as an impact in urban development.
