Stephan Müller

Stephan Müller is a civil engineer and has worked as a project manager for more than 15 years in the planning of structural engineering and hydraulic engineering structures. As Digital Transformation Manager for Dorsch Global and its affiliated companies with more than 1,200 employees in Germany, he is responsible for strategic digitalization development projects, in particular for the introduction of digital planning methods and BIM. Due to the wide range of engineering services provided by the companies, he is familiar with the different perspectives of the specialist trades on the digitalization of construction planning and execution. It is important to him that in future, planning and construction will once again be carried out with a project culture based on partnership and in close cooperation between all project participants using digital methods.
