As a multiple award-winning TOP Innovator, Alex "builds" on his skills in strategy development, digitization and scaling at Schütt to develop innovative business areas and portfolio stars from the megatrends in construction. Alex sees great opportunities in the areas of standardization, serial prefabrication, sustainability and circularity in particular. The decisive factors here are: Processes and IT as well as a well thought-out data strategy.

Alex previously worked as Head of Innovation and IT Project Management for a fast-growing international hotel chain in the private equity sector.
