Caroline Dierkes

Caroline Dierkes is a Senior Manager ESG at Siemens Real Estate Sustainability, with over ten years of experience in the sustainability sector within the construction and real estate industry. After working at two consulting firms, focusing on project management and real estate, she joined Siemens AG in 2021. There, as part of the Real Estate Consulting Team, she managed several external customer projects that spanned the entire real estate lifecycle. Since 2023, she has been responsible for scaling sustainability requirements into a holistic strategy for the Group's real estate within the Siemens Real Estate Sustainability Team. To further enhance her expertise, she will begin a part-time MBA program in Sustainability Management in October 2024, with a focus on scaling sustainability for corporate real estate, energy efficiency and decarbonization, sustainable transformation solutions for production sites, and the CSRD reporting strategy and implementation for Siemens Real Estate.
