Daniela Schmiedle

Daniela Schmiedle has been Managing Director of Sika in Germany since 2022. Her path to Sika began in 2004 as a key account manager after she made the bold decision not to take over the family business in her hometown. Together with her team, the studied civil engineer is actively driving the transformation of the construction industry. The focus is on innovative, sustainable and responsible corporate management. As one of the few managing directors in the construction industry, Daniela Schmiedle wants to encourage women to believe in themselves: She is committed to this topic with a lot of inspiration - in everyday business life, in social media, events and panels.
