Dr. Christine Lemaitre

Dr. Christine Lemaitre studied civil engineering at the University of Stuttgart and subsequently worked as a structural engineer in the USA. From 2003 she was a research assistant at the University of Stuttgart and from 2007 project manager at Bilfinger Berger AG. Christine was head of the "System" department at the DGNB and has been Managing Director since February 2010. She was a member of the board of the World Green Building Council and is currently chairwoman of the Clima Positive Europe Alliance and the Knowledge Foundation. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for Building Culture of the State of Baden-Württemberg, the Sustainability Council of the Central Real Estate Committee e.V. and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute.
