Dr. Lis Hannemann-Strenger is Executive Board Member and Shareholder of the Strenger Group. After studying at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, earning her doctorate at RWTH Aachen University, and working as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, she joined the family business, Strenger. Alongside her entrepreneurial responsibilities, she is actively engaged as a mentor for Startup Teens, serves on the board of the Strenger Foundation, and is an Advisory Board Member at Heuer Dialog. In recognition of her achievements, she has received several honors, including being named Family Entrepreneur of the Year and being featured on the Business Punk Watchlist 101. Her areas of expertise and focus include family business succession, innovation, leadership, and social impact.
