Eva Weiß has been working in the real estate industry for 30 years. She joined BUWOG as Head of Development in 2015 and has been Managing Director of BUWOG Bauträger GmbH in Germany since January 2020. She has also been a member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Wohnen (CDO) since September 2023 and Deputy Chair of the Lebendige Stadt Foundation since 2025.

Eva Weiß is also a member of the ZIA Regionalvorstand Ost, the VBKI Arbeitskreis Immobilien, the Vorstand BFW Landesverband Berlin/Brandenburg and the DIHK – Ausschuss Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft.
