Frederik Walbaum

Frederik Walbaum serves as Management Assistant to the CEO at Savills, one of the world's largest property consultancies. Beyond his role at Savills, he is actively involved in various real estate networks and is the founder of the ‘Förderverein der Deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft e.V.’ Through this association, he annually awards the Most Aspiring Talents (MAT Award) in the real estate industry.

As a coach, mentor, sponsor, and consultant—primarily for the next generation of professionals—Frederik shares the knowledge he has gained throughout his career, which includes experience from positions and projects at major international companies such as Savills, PwC, JLL, Union Investment, and Patrizia SE.

In the real estate sector, Frederik found the perfect intersection of his two passions: architecture and capital markets. This passion led him early on to pursue a degree in real estate management.
