Gunnar Clemenz has headed upBauingenieure - a general planner for sustainable buildings with offices in Berlin and Karlsruhe - since 2006. The civil engineer and real estate agent focuses on building certification, technical building services and strategy development for the group of companies. In this context, he is concerned with the decarbonization of the building stock and the life cycle analysis of buildings. As a DGNB Senior Auditor and BNB Coordinator, he has been actively involved in the DGNB Technical Committee for many years.
