Marcus studied Business Administration and Real Estate Management in Regensburg and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) before starting his professional career at GOLDBECK. In the early years, he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and commissioning of various park projects, during which he developed a growing passion for integrating planning, construction, and operations with digital models.
As a project manager, he plays a key role in enabling GOLDBECK to quickly, efficiently, and turnkey deliver buildings. He motivates his project teams to create a digital, model-based representation of GOLDBECK products that provides user-oriented and relevant data at the right time. He places particular emphasis on practical implementability and user acceptance.
