Oliver Markschläger is Industry Lead for the construction and building materials sector at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner. For over 13 years, he has advised companies along the entire value chain on their transformation programmes. He is responsible for developing strategies and business models as well as for implementing performance improvement programmes across the industry. He places particular emphasis on the transformation towards industrialised construction – from strategic direction through to operational implementation.
