Ulrike Wessel studied civil engineering in Hildesheim/Holzminden and has been aktiv in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She is head of Development for Northern and Central Germany at BUWOG Bauträger GmbH, overseeing operations across the Hamburg, Leipzig and Dresden offices. In addition to her role within the company, Ms. Wessel serves on the board of the BFW North Association. Since 2025, she also held the position of Vice President of the BFW Federal Association.
